This is a brief self-reflection quiz is designed to help you identify common avoidant attachment patterns in a relationship.

It’s not a diagnosis.
It’s a clarity tool to help you understand whether emotional distance, mixed signals, or fear of closeness may be shaping your relationship dynamic.

Answer Yes or No based on your current or most recent relationship.

  1. My partner pulls away or shuts down when I seek emotional closeness.

  2. My partner was very attentive early on, but became more distant over time.
